11. Procedure for the ownership of a building.—(1) Every owner of a building shall, before undertaking the ownership of a building, intimate the Corporation in writing, specifying the building concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Corporation may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
