12. Procedure for the sale of drugs.—(1) Every licensee shall, before undertaking the sale of drugs, intimate the Licensing Authority in writing, specifying the licence concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Licensing Authority may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
