3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the Corporation in Form A, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The Corporation shall, within fifteen days of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form B.
