Rule 4, Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act Rules, 2004 [S21-YEM]

4. Register of applicants.—The Controller shall maintain a register of applicants registered under the Act in Form 18, which shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
