Rule 3, Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act Rules, 2004 [S21-YDJ]

3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the Controller in Form 1, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The Controller shall, within one month of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form 3.
