Rule 4, Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act Rules, 2001 [S20-N65]

4. Register of applicants.—The Controller shall maintain a register of applicants registered under the Act in Form 18, which shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
