Section 49, National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 [S1Z-TAJ]

49. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every training centre shall maintain such records and registers relating to the running of a training centre as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every training centre shall furnish to the Chief Commissioner a return in Form II within thirty days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Chief Commissioner may, by order in writing, require.
