2. Amendment of section 49.—In section 49 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
