10. Procedure for the development of land.—(1) Every developer shall, before undertaking the development of land, intimate the Corporation in writing, specifying the street concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Corporation may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
