Rule 4, Securities and Exchange Board of India Act Rules, 1995 [S1Y-RXS]

4. Register of intermediaries.—The Board shall maintain a register of intermediaries registered under the Act in Form C, which shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
