14. Procedure for the running of a training centre.—(1) Every training centre shall, before undertaking the running of a training centre, intimate the Chief Commissioner in writing, specifying the hostel concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Chief Commissioner may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
