12. Procedure for the running of an institution for persons with disabilities.—(1) Every institution for persons with disabilities shall, before undertaking the running of an institution for persons with disabilities, intimate the Chief Commissioner in writing, specifying the register concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Chief Commissioner may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
