10. Procedure for the engagement of sanitation workers.—(1) Every sanitation contractor shall, before undertaking the engagement of sanitation workers, intimate the Chief Commissioner in writing, specifying the contract concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Chief Commissioner may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
