Section 49, Suppression of Unlawful Acts against Safety of Civil Aviation Act, 1982 [S1S-35J]

49. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every aerodrome operator shall maintain such records and registers relating to the operation of an aerodrome as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every aerodrome operator shall furnish to the Director General a return in Form CA-2 within fifteen days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Director General may, by order in writing, require.
