Section 33, Suppression of Unlawful Acts against Safety of Civil Aviation Act, 1982 [S1S-2NK]

33. Prohibition of the flying of aircraft without licence.—No person shall undertake the flying of aircraft except under and in accordance with the conditions of a licence granted under section 34: Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to the flying of aircraft undertaken by or on behalf of the Central Government or a State Government.
