Section 52, Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 [S1R-8W4]

52. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the Food Authority or any officer of the Central Government or of the Food Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
