S.O. 2107(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (7 of 1980), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24th July, 1981 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
