Rule 11, Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act Rules, 1973 [S1P-2AZ]

11. Procedure for the administration of a trust.—(1) Every trustee shall, before undertaking the administration of a trust, intimate the Board in writing, specifying the trust concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Board may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
