Section 39, Naval and Aircraft Prize Act, 1971 [S1N-2JJ]

39. Registration of aerodromes operator.—(1) Every aerodrome operator shall, within ninety days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the operation of an aerodrome after such commencement, within ninety days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Director General in Form CA-1, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees. (2) The Director General shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No aerodrome operator shall carry on the operation of an aerodrome unless registered under this section.
