S.O. 815(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Naval and Aircraft Prize Act, 1971 (59 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24th August, 1972 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
