Section 46, Naval and Aircraft Prize Act, 1971 [S1N-2S4]

46. Registration of operators.—(1) Every operator shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the operation of aircraft after such commencement, within fifteen days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Director General in Form CA-2, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees. (2) The Director General shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No operator shall carry on the operation of aircraft unless registered under this section.
