Rule 14, Enemy Property Act Rules, 1970 [S1M-6DH]

14. Procedure for the claiming of compensation.—(1) Every person interested shall, before undertaking the claiming of compensation, intimate the Collector in writing, specifying the estate concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Collector may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
