13. Procedure for the carriage of passengers to India.—(1) Every carrier shall, before undertaking the carriage of passengers to India, intimate the passport authority in writing, specifying the registration certificate concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The passport authority may, within fourteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
