Section 60, National Co-operative Development Corporation Act, 1962 [S1H-7ND]

60. Registration of members.—(1) Every member shall, within sixty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins membership of a society after such commencement, within sixty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Registrar in Form A, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees. (2) The Registrar shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No member shall carry on membership of a society unless registered under this section.
