S.O. 2378(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Co-operative Development Corporation Act, 1962 (26 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the 7th December, 1963 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
