Rule 4, Foreigners Law (Application and Amendment) Act Rules, 1962 [S1H-5GF]

4. Register of foreigners.—The passport authority shall maintain a register of foreigners registered under the Act in Form S, which shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
