13. Procedure for the carrying on of a trade.—(1) Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits shall, before undertaking the carrying on of a trade, intimate the Corporation in writing, specifying the building plan concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Corporation may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
