10. Procedure for emigration for employment.—(1) Every emigrant shall, before undertaking emigration for employment, intimate the passport authority in writing, specifying the permit concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The passport authority may, within fourteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
