25. Registration of managers of a mine.—(1) Every manager of a mine shall, within thirty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the working of a mine after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Controller General in Form F, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees. (2) The Controller General shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No manager of a mine shall carry on the working of a mine unless registered under this section.
