S.O. 3368(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby appoints the 7th January, 1958 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
