Section 28, Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952 [S1B-RZ4]

28. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the Election Commission or any officer of the Central Government or of the Election Commission for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
