Section 14, Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952 [S1B-RHR]

14. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every polling agent shall maintain such records and registers relating to attendance at a polling station as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every polling agent shall furnish to the Election Commission a return in Form 26 within fourteen days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Election Commission may, by order in writing, require.
