Rule 10, Banaras Hindu University Act Rules, 1915 [S16-F2A]

10. Procedure for the running of a school.—(1) Every management of a school shall, before undertaking the running of a school, intimate the Commission in writing, specifying the recognition concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Commission may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
