2. Amendment of section 46.—In section 46 of the Shore Nuisances (Bombay and Kolaba) Act, 1853 (11 of 1853) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "one hundred and eighty days" shall be substituted.
