3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the Authority in Form A, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The Authority shall, within thirty days of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form B.
