Section 4, Religious Endowments Act, 1863 [S12-6FM]

4. Registration of managers of an institution.—(1) Every manager of an institution shall, within thirty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the management of an institution after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Board in Form B, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees. (2) The Board shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No manager of an institution shall carry on the management of an institution unless registered under this section.
