Section 2, Factories Act [S10-1ET]

2. Interpretation.—In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,—
(a) "adult" means a person who has completed his eighteenth year of age;
(b) "adolescent" means a person who has completed his fifteenth year of age but has not completed his eighteenth year;
