Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2000 (Maharashtra Act 16 of 2000); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
