Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the said Act, the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
