Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Bird and Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings and Other Properties) Act, 1980 (67 of 1980); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
