Section 1, Kerala Education Act, 1958 [S2F-4PS]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 1 August 1958.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Education Act, 1958. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
