Section 1, Air Force Act, 1950 [S1A-CP4]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 13 May 1950.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Air Force Act, 1950. (2) It extends to the whole of India. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
