Application for registration.—Every mine surveyor carrying on the survey of mines shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form H, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every royalty receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
