Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the liquidator shall apply to the Official Liquidator in Form PAS-3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Official Liquidator shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
