Intimation of change.—Every dealer in medical devices shall intimate to the Director of Health Services, in Form 20 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Health Services shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
