Intimation of change.—Every author shall intimate to the Plant Varieties Authority, in Form 3 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Plant Varieties Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of eight thousand rupees.
