Surrender of certificate.—Every author who ceases to carry on the publication of works shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Plant Varieties Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 27 of the manner in which every mark held by him has been disposed of.
