Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer in wild animal articles dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every consent then held; and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
