Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the customs house agent shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form ANF-4A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
