Surrender of certificate.—Every certifying medical authority who ceases to carry on the certification of disability shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every grievance held by him has been disposed of.
